Aqua Lube lubricants are manufactured slowly and with extreme care. They go through 3 or 4 times as many different processes as the other type. Sale price is secondary; the primary consideration is to build the very finest lubricant that can be produced for each specific purpouse. The better the lubricant, the cheaper it is to use in actual operation.

Commercial grade lubricants are mass-produced to get as much finished material as possible in the least amount of time. Low initial sales price is the limiting factor - often the controlling factor - in the production of commercial grade lubricants.
